Harry D’ Cruz is a young man from Bengaluru, whose talents as a beatboxer have made him famous across India.This young chap uses his melodious voice to create sounds of enigmatic instruments like saxophones and kazoos only using his mouth.

Born as Hariharan, on October 23,1997 to Sekarmallikaraj.K, a station supervisor for the Indian metro and Kotteshwari.S a homemaker. The journey from Hariharan to Harry is the one where he took up beatboxing and decided to bet his all, on this dream.

Harry D Cruz was an impressionable young adult breezing through inter-collegiate fests. Harry found his calling as one of the students from his college introduced him to the art of beatboxing. In the hallways of Indian academy degree college he knew he wanted to learn more about this art-form called beatboxing.

Harry went back home and further investigated this new found passion of his. He went on to experiment with different styles and various art forms of beatboxing. His inquisitiveness led him to instruments that he could play using nothing but his mouth.

At the mere age of 23, Harry performed in over 100 shows across South India. He has been a Musicality Beatboxer, beatboxing coach, entertainer, emcee. Harry’s unique skill of kazoo beatboxing has helped him win a lot of music competitions

He has performed at a number of  events namely humming tree, Mahal Keleeravam, Bandhu Mitra and Bollywood Music(a show hosted by Radio Mirchi 95.FM) and at the glorious stages of TEDx. Moreover Harry has Judged the Kerala beatboxing championship in the year 2019 and Just beatbox championship in Bangalore 2019.

Harry didn’t limit himself to the stage, currently he is pursuing his MBA from St George’s college of management studies. He has done various certification courses for beatboxing as well.

Harry D Cruz is India’s first kazoo beatboxer and amongst a handful of few who can make saxophone sounds with his voice. He trains other beatboxers and musicians under his wing and helps them tune their skill and be heard by the right audience.

This beatboxer has painted a spotlight on the art form which was only picking its pace in the country.He has been covered by various news media outlets like Edex and music magazines both online and offline.

Like the Kazoo this beatboxer is humming his way to our hearts.
